Dates announced for the 11th Clean Energy Ministerial

Dates for the 11th Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM11) have been announced by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this year’s host. The event will be entirely virtual and open to all via live webcast for the first time ever.

The main ministerial plenary will take place on 22 September 2020 and be hosted by His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman Al Saud, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Energy. A programme of clean energy pre-events will take place from Tuesday 15 September to Friday 18 September 2020, with a full schedule to be announced in the coming weeks. CEM11 will bring ministers and the clean energy community together around the theme of “supporting the recovery, shaping the future”, focusing on actions to achieve the Clean Energy Ministerial’s mission of accelerating clean energy transitions.
